A $100.00 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or rescheduling. The deposit cannot be transferred to any store credit.

We have 3 time slots available: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM,  2:00 PM – 4:00 PM,  5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Once the deposit is paid, changes to the event date, time, or party room are not suggested. Any change requests must be submitted at least 3 full business days prior to the event, and are subject to room and time availability. Each approved change will incur a $50.00 administrative fee per occurrence. Changes requested with less than 3 business days’ notice may not be accommodated and, if accepted, will still be subject to the change fee.

We suggest you book the party online as early as possible, since the availability will be booked out quickly. If booking the event within 3 days of event please visit Happy Kingdom in person to book the party and pay the $100 deposit. The cut off date for the party food online booking is 72 hours before your event.

Package upgrade must be finalized no later than 3 full days before the event. A larger party room is not guaranteed for the upgrade, and the room allocation depends on the availability at the time of the request. Please contact us directly via email if you have the upgrade request.

 Downgrades are only permitted if the assigned party room remain unchanged.

Happy Kingdom is a sock-only facility. All guests (children and adults) must wear socks. Guests may bring their own or purchase non-slip socks at the venue.

The birthday child (limit of 1 child) is not included in the child counts of the package.

Children under 12 months of age are permitted and excluded from the total guest count. They are also excluded from the item count included in the party packages.

All the hosts and the guests must have their signed waivers ready before receiving a wristband and entering the playground. The host(s) are responsible for distributing the waiver links in advance. Parents/guardians must supervise their own children at all times in the playground, party rooms, and arcade area.

Happy Kingdom will only provide the items explicitly listed in each party package. You could request for extra items listed in the packages as add-on items, and you will need to pay the extra fees for the add-on items.

The party packages do not include food and drinks. You need to order the party trays, or food online at the same time you are booking the party. Please make sure you order the food and drinks together when booking the party.  All party tray and food orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance online.

For additional need of the food the drink, you could purchase them directly from our food court on the day of your event.

Outside food and beverages are permitted with a $100 outside food fee, with the exception of a birthday cake.

Please keep alert all your party attendees’ food allergies before you place your food order or buy the food for the party. Happy Kingdom is not responsible for any food allergies of food you ordered or bought. You could also let our staff know your food allergies or dietary needs.

Host(s) may arrive a maximum of 30 minutes prior to the scheduled party time for setup. Happy Kingdom is responsible for the general room setup and clean up, but not providing or installing thematic decorations. You may bring your own decorations; however, only painter’s tape is permitted for use. The following are strictly prohibited: confetti, pinatas, sparklers, silly string, and glitter.

If additional time is required and available, extra charges will be applied: $90 per additional half-hour on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, PA Days, and Holidays; $75 per additional half-hour from Mondays to Thursdays.

All guests must fully vacate the party room immediately at the end of the scheduled party time. Overtime use may result in additional charges.

If your guest count exceeds 30 kids or 30 adults, please contact us directly by phone or email to discuss the room availability.

Happy Kingdom is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unattended personal items inside or outside of the facility.

Events may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions, subject to availability of date and time.

Any changes must be communicated via email to booking@happykingdomdundas.ca or by phone. Changes are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Happy Kingdom.

All guests must comply with current public health regulations and guidelines while in the facility. Non-compliance may result in removal from the premises.
